Repeat Buyers Special Gift
If this is not your first time shopping in my store, please add a comment to your new order mentioning that you are a repeat buyer - "Need to leave a note or instructions?". This way, I can make a note of it and include a small gift with your purchase as a token of appreciation!


Tracking and Delivery

Each order is assigned a tracking number, which is sent to your provided email address. You can use this tracking number on any tracking website. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status. Typically, delivery attempts will be made to your home address. If unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office. This information can also be viewed via the tracking website.
Please note that packages are held at the local post office in your country for one month. Ensure you collect your package in a timely manner, as unclaimed packages are returned to Latvia. In such cases, the return costs will be covered by you.


Incorrect Information
When placing an order, if incorrect details are provided (such as the address and/or name) and the order is dispatched, you will be responsible for covering the costs to return the package to Latvia and resend it to you.


Order Cancellation
If you place an order and decide within three days that you no longer want the item, please note that the production process may have already started and cannot be stopped. In such cases, no refund will be provided. However, if you notify us within two days, the production process can be halted. (This applies to silver and bronze jewelry.)


Production Timeline
Since every item is handmade, the production time takes approximately 2–3 weeks. This information is stated in the product description. If you did not review this information and later realize that the waiting period is too long for you, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. The item will be sent to you like to any other customer.


Lost Packages
If a package is lost due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be returned to Latvia, I will personally cover all associated costs and refund your payment.
